Company settings

Company settings hold the details that apply to your whole account rather than to one user. Your own name and preferences are separate, under Account settings.

Where to find it

Admin → Company Settings. The whole Admin section is hidden from company_staff.

The fields

Click Save Changes to apply.

These are the same details captured during onboarding — see Getting started. Changing them here updates them everywhere.

Company name and email are unique across InsightsRN

Unlike your clients and publishers, which only have to be unique inside your own company, a company name and a company email must be unique across the whole platform. If one is already taken — including by a company you cannot see — the form refuses it and says so. Add something that distinguishes you, such as the country or legal suffix you trade under.

The same check runs at the company-profile step of onboarding, so it can stop you there too.
