Introduction

InsightsRN is a platform for influencer-marketing campaign management and social-media analytics.

You run campaigns. Each campaign is made up of deliverables — a Facebook post, an Instagram reel, a YouTube video, a TikTok. InsightsRN collects engagement and reach metrics from each platform’s API, aggregates them into campaign statistics and KPIs, and turns them into reports and exports.

The two guides

Administrator guide	system_admin and company_admin	Team and roles, publisher connections, company settings, billing

Administrators need both. Everything in the user guide applies to them too — the administrator guide only adds what the other roles cannot do.

Your data is your own

InsightsRN keeps each company’s data separate. Users only ever see their own company’s campaigns, clients, publishers and reports.
